Return Policy

Products

Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products (including flavors and accessories that contact the product) cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Services

Event services and rentals are governed by your booking agreement rather than this return policy.
